The Cattery
Broadlands Cattery is a modern, family-run cat boarding home originally built in Spring 2002. It is constructed to the highest Feline Advisory Bureau’s exacting requirements, providing very spacious, airy, and comfortable accommodation for your cats.
In August 2002 we became “Listed” by the F.A.B. as a top quality cattery conforming to the very highest standards. We have twice further expanded our premises in order to cope with high demands.

In 2019 we were delighted to be awarded the highest 5* Accreditation by the local Council for outstanding facilities.
The Humans
Run by Jill Williams and her husband David, along with Maggie our wonderful Cattery Assistant. Jill & David are Feline Advisory Bureau trained, having completed a week-long intensive residential course in Cattery Management.
Jill has additionally completed further refresher courses in Cattery Management and is also an EMT1 on the Ambulances when not working in the Cattery. Maggie has numerous BTEC Awards in Animal Management, and Diplomas in Animal Care and Business Administration.
Jill was accredited to the Institute of Animal Care; the Institute of Professional Dog Trainers and still is a qualified Police Dog Training Instructor. Jill, David and Maggie are also trained by a Vet to give injections to diabetic cats.
